Economical Cost Management The system can record or print out call information such as the date/time, extension number, dialled number, duration, and etc. SMDR (Station Message Detail Recording) information helps you effectively monitor the call costs and staff productivity, especially the long distance call costs and phone system usage. Some other useful functions also available like account code entry for outside call identification, toll restriction, electronic station lock, call duration limitation, and etc. |
